Hey everyone. This is my first journal, but I must mention that I am not new to DeviantArt, this is just a new account. Therefore, I will have two accounts on DeviantArt. Two very different accounts. Thank you.



Just a few things:

My Name: Laela, pronounced "LAY-EE-LAH," "LAY-LAH" or "LAY-YUH-LAH," is not my real name. My real name is Brianna. So what is Laela? Laela is my title and its meaning is mine and mine alone. However, if you are Arabic (which I am not), it means "Dark Beauty."

My Art Style: I'm generally a Photographer/Photomanipulator. I love Self Portraits, Classic Portraits, Emotive Portraits and Conceptual Portraits. I am my own model, since I have none other willing, and also I feel that if you want something done, you have to do it yourself to get the right effect.

My Age: I am fifteen, therefore, when I create my stock account, I will take requests, however they must be my age appropriate.

My MSN/Yahoo/AIM: I do have MSN and Yahoo, and if you would like it you may note me in private and I may give it to you. If I choose not to give it to you, for whatever reason I have, please don't take offense to it. Most likely I will give it to you.

My Tools (Cam, Editing Prog, etc.): I have a Nikon CoolPix 4500, Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Jasc PSP Studio 9, and a Dell Dimension 8400.

Due to a trip I am taking out of the country (), I won't be posting anything on deviantART for a while, probably not until next August.. however I will be signing in periodically to comment and check up on things.
